GANDHI AGAIN FASTING AS PROTEST
Received Thursday, 10.25 a.m. CALCUTTA, Sept. 3. Mahatma Gandhi's physician, Dr. Dinshaw Mohta, stated that Gandhi, who is fasting in protest against the communal rioting in Calcutta until condifions become nornial, passed a relatively restful night without any disturbing clinical symptoms, but his condition is "distinctly lower than usual" after thirty-four hours of fasting.
