Received Monday, .7 p.m. LONDON, August 25. Milk is beeomihg scarcer all the country as the hot d"ry weather eoii--tinues without a! sign of a break. In some Midlands towns non-priofitv coiisumers received no ttiillc at all -durihg the past few days. The shortage in Lincoln and Northampton is so acUte that siipplies have been diverted there from other districts. Mr. j. F. Wri'ghtj secretaly of the Norfolk braiich of the National Farmers' Union, desoribed -the position in his district as ' ' desperate ' ' and- said he could not recall when so much winter feeding stuff had been tised at this time of the year.
