Mr. Attlee arrived from his hohday ih Wales. Tne meering will heat a report from Sir Wilfred Eady, leader of the British delegatioh to the United States loan talks at Washington. 'rne main issues which Cabinel will consider are: Firstly, the new food ration scales in consequence of the heavy restrictions placed on supplies from the dollar area. Secondly, the revision of import programmes by non-dollar countries of the Eastern Hemisphere as a result of Britain regaimng control over the sterling which these nations earn. Tnirdly, the assessment in conjunction with the Dominions of thc extent to which they can send Britain additional supplies in substitution for dollar purchases. Fourthly, the coal miners proposal to work every Saturday for the next nine months to boost theif output following the miners rejection of the Government's call to worK an extra half-hour daily.
