A Board of Trade spokesman said that Sir Stafford Cripps and Mr. Clayton had a general discussion on the proceedings of the Geneva conference. Sir Stafford left later for a meeting at Downing Street with Mr. Herbert Morrison andj other Ministers. ! Sir Stafford Cripps interruptedj his Cornwall holiday for the second time in four days to fly to London. Mr. Ernest Bevin has not yet been able to resume his holiday. He is still in London, where he had talks with Sir Stafford Cripps before Sir Stafford met Mr. Clayton.
