CHANGES IN RUGBY RULES
To investigate ways and means of amending the constitution is the purpose of a sub-committee set up at a receht meeting of the manage- [ ment committee- of the Horo- , whenua Rugby Union. The sub-committee, consisting of ( Messrs. A. Gillespie, R. L. Robinson, F. G. Carrington, C. E. Wise- , ley and J. E. Fullarton, will report ' to the annual meeting on how . amendments to the constitution , may be brought about in regard to the procedure in transferring s players from or to other unions, ; the appointment of referees for representative matches, and the ' procedure in investigating all mis- • demeanours on the field. This will ■ bring the Horowhenua Rugby Union rules into* line with the rules of the N.Z.R.F.U. '
