PLACINGS IN KING'S CUP MAY BE QUESTIONED
BRISBANE, August 15. The owner of the former New Zealander llira.ji may ask the Queensland ■>Turf Club to inquire int'o the- judge's placings in last Wednesday's King's Cuj). Iliraji was placed second a head behind Falcon Night. Mr. ILughes, avIio was not in Brisbane for the race, said that he had seen photographs of the fini.sh showing Iliraji -two lengths clear of the others. He maintains that no camera angle could account for, fjueh a disparity. He has already scratched Iliraji for tomorrow 's Fxhibition Handicap and ordered the horse to be brought back to Sydney as early as possible. Mr. Iiugiies said he was oonsidering not entering any of liis liorses in Brisbane until the niagic eye camera was installed.
