WELLINGTON, August 15. Mr. W. J. Truscott, president ot the New Zealand Manufacturers' Federation, interviewed at Auckland by telephone, said: "All I can say at this juncture is that the manufacturers throughout New Zealand have looned for ward with keen anticipatiqn to the pronouncement of the Cqurt. Their chief concern wili be the question of passing the increases along to the buying public, and that is a matter that wili require sp.eed to avoid capital losses cn' the output which the manufacturers would otherwise have tp take. "It has already heen given in evidenee before the Arbitration Court that generally speaking manufacturers could not ahsorb the price increasgs, and they naturally wili be concerned in having price adjustments to avoid capital' losses. The Manufacturers' Pederation with all such groups wili considar the njatter forthwith and deci.de what action to take to protect the interests of their members."
