EGYPT HERSELF IS ONLY THREAT
Received Thursday, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, August 13. Egypt urged the Security Council today to order British troops out of the Nile Valley within 18 days or face the prospect of riots and bloodshed. Sir Alexander Oadogan (Britain) said .the ouiy threat to Egypt's peace came from the Egyptians themselves. He asked the council again to strike the Egyptian complaint from the agenda. The council ailjourned wirhout vote till August 20.
