CAR CONVERTERS ESCAPE
AUCKLAND, August 11. Two uien, both of whom have been convicted for car conversion, escapea from Waikeria Borstal institution and prison farm today. They were Kenneth Williani Joseph Kerr, aged 21, aua Mervyn Iveith Pedlar, aged 20, neitlier of whom luid been recaptured at a late liour tonight. Pedlar disappeared at 2.30 p.m. but it is not known when Kbr r made his escape.
