WELLINGTON, July 28. When a dinghy eapsized in a heavy .ivvell in Cook fcJtrp.it today, two Army men, X'rivate Raymond Alexander AHhltj'- and Stalf-Sergeant Barry Munro, both stationed at Palmer Heads, had a friglitening experience. Tlte xneu were to set up equipmeul on ohe of the rocks ijeyond what is kiiown as Goat Island about a quarter of a mile from the Island Bay mainland. Before they reached tlie rock the boat eapsizdtl. Ashley managed to reach another *ro(jk but Munro had to eling to the dinghy, a preearious perch in Ihe Heavy running sea. The mi&hap was Seen frbm Fol-t- l)orset ahd a reseue party left Island Bay soon after nbon. The Army staff, in the lishing launc.h Prilice, owned by ah Italiah fiSlierihan, rescued Ashley while the launch Kex vVent round to* the other side of the islknd aiid resbued Munro who was in an exhausted state. Munro was sent to Wellington PlibliC Hospital, and Ashley to Fort Dorset Hospital. Both are progressiiig satisfactorily.
