NANKING, July 25. Top flight American military and diplomatie ofhcihls in China are opposed this time to the granting of further large scale tnilitary aid to the National Government. The Chinese military leaders, however, expect that as the result of the Wedemeyer misaion the United States will supply large quantities of war equipment. One of the main purposes of General Wedemeyer 's visit is to deliberate the pros and cons of the Kuomintang view that the granting of substantial supplies of United States equipment and money would help annihilate Conununism and stabilise the economic and social conditions of the country.
