ANGLO-SOVIET TRADE TALKS
Received Friday, 8 p.m. LONDON, July 25. Tt is learned that a statement on the Vnglo-Koviet. trade talks is being issued today, says Reuter's Moscow -orrespondent. The general atmospheiy is optimistic as Mr. Harold Wilson leader of the British delegation, had a fnrlher talk last night with the Soviet Minister of Foreign Trade (Mf. Miko vaii) after a long talk in the after noon.
