GISBORNE, July 25. Following a long search in. the Ormond district, the police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a missing car. After being warned from Tauranga to look out for a rental car, the police located it in Gisborne and kept a watch. They traced the wanted man and a woman from Auckland to Ormond, and finally located them in the railway goods shed, with the door barricaded on the inside, but the man surrendetod quietly on the police demand. The woman was also discovered on the premises. In court today Cecil Barry George, 31, radio mechanic, of Auckland, was remanded to Auckland on a charge of obtaining a £365 car from Metropolitan Motors, Auckland, by falsely' representih'g that a cheque for £200 was goo,d.
