HOOPER — LACEY WEDDING . A pretty wedding was soiemhlsed recently at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Levin, when May L'acey, daughter of Mrs. I., M. WObllfett, was married to Albert Jaifies/ son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Hooper-, of Lfevin.* The Rev. A. Salmbhd bfficiated and the church was tastefully decoraited with poppi'es and ferns. Miss Anderson wa§ at Ihe of gan. " • The bride, who was given away by Mr. A. S. Woollett. wore a whroe satin gown with a White lace and b'eaded bodice. Her headspray and coronet bf orafige blossoms was a family heirloom kifidly. lent by a ffiend-. The brideshiaid> Miss Lsa Sbuper, wore white georgettex with a headspray of pink afid white fi'cwers. She carried a bouquet of coloured flbwers; , The duties of bestman were ably carried dut by Mr. L. Bunkenb.urge, oi Wellington, who is a cousiii of the bridegroom. i Mr. T. Peterson was usher. At the reeeption Mrs. Woollett received the 150 guests wearing 'a smart blaok suit, with black fur coat. Assisting her was Mrs. Hooper, who was attired in a black frock with matching coat. For travelling the bride chose a three-piece suit of wine astrakan with matching accfessories.
