MR. CHURCHILL'S BOOK ON THE WAR

LONDON, July 21. Though Mr. Churchill returned to his place in the House of Gommons last week, it was noticed that he left Mu Eden to act as Leader of the Opposition. It is reported that Mr. Churchill does not intend to take an active part in Parliament during the remaining three weeks before the summer recess. since he is most anxious to devote most of his time to finishing his book on the war. It is stated -.tbat he is making rapid progress and that his account will open with a survey of the1 origins of the war,
