SMALL BOY DISOWNED

MELBOrRNK, July 22. A seven-vear-old bov wlio was unable to talk and was clothed only in an old blaftket in which huies had been cut for his liead and arms, was found recently living by himself in a tin shed. The bov is reported to have been disowned by parents hecause they thought he had been elianged for anotlier bov at birth. Conimissioner .7. Evan Hmith, of Ihe Salvation Army, said that the bov was becoining "civilised " in the care of Salvation Army officers. When found the bov had no tovs, and did not know what to do with fruit when it was giyen to him.
