A petition for her "in ex.remis" marriage to ex-King CaroJ still iwaits action in the local marriage 'ourt. Court officials said the marriage ■ould not be considered legaL because ,heir Rumanian divorces had not yet >een recognised in Brazil and because Madame Lupescu 's recovery invalidated the "in extremis" ceremony.
