WOMAN AWAKES AFTER SIX MONTHS' SLEEP
AIKLBOURNE, .Tulv 17. A Victorian woiuau who had beer. asleep for six months with a mys terious illness awoke last night after seceiving specialist treatment. She is in good health, and on awakening sal up in beil and talked brightlv and cheerfully with specialists, who are still baffled by tlie illness. Ilospital ofticials sav she is not suifering from ordiuary "sleepy siekness" but that her respnnse to treatment suggests a method of curing her perinanently. She will be ke.pt in hospital under observation. She remained unconscious for a week after her fatlier died last September. The coma from wliich she lias jus awakened commenced on Januarv 14.
