LEVIN JUNIOR CIRCLE
The July meeting of the Levin Junior ,Cir.clp was held . m Tuesday with ' a good attendance of members. Apologies were reeeived from Misses M. Parkin and H. Fife. The president welcomed Mrs. Fenn and Miss Dempsey from the senior Women 's Institute and junior members. | Miss Dempsey gave a very interesting talk and demanstration on how to make serap books. The ; competitions, which were judged by jMrs. Fenn, were as follows: — Flowers: Monica Clapcott 1, Sylvia Johnson 2, Beth Blenkhorn 3. Hand made handkerchief : Beth Blenkhorn 1, Dorothy Johnson 2, Shirley Johnson 3. Misses N. Taylor, J. Easton and S. Johnson served a delightful supper, after which games were played. A pleasant eveni'ng came to a close wi'.h the singing of the National Anthem.
