Received Tuesday, 11.30 a.m. NEW DELHI, July 7. The Government of India is likely to be reconstituted in a few days following the resignation of the five Mosiem League nominees, three days after the formal resignation of Pandif Nehru and his Congress Party Ministers. The res'ignations are regarded as the natural outcome of the Indian Independence Bill creating the new Dominions of India and Pakistan. A provisional agreement between Congress and the Mosiem League states that control will be retained on essential commodities such as steel, coal and textiles. The agreement will provide for the free movement of people and goods between India and Pakistan, and for a retention of the existing customs tariffs, and currency and coinage.- These questions will be put on a permanent footing after the two Dominions are established.
