Baltimore and Ohio craek express "Columbian, " travelling at neatdy 80 miles an houx-, was deruiled near Wfest ville, Indiana, tonight, injuring at leasi 70 p&ssengers, some of whom are in a serious condition. A defective set of points eaused the derailment of eight of the express 's 14 eavriages which ovei't.urned.
