• WELLINGTON, June 30. The appeals of W. McEwan, trainer, and K. C. Guyton, jockey, against their disqualification for 12 months by the Foxton Racing Glub, and confirmed by ihe Wanganui Distriet Oommittce, were uismissed bv the Rhcing Conferenee appeal judges tonight. McEwan and Guyton were disqualilied on a charge of not running Albino 011 its merita in the Whirokino Steepleehase at the Foxton meeting 011 May 24. The judges. Alessre. Ar. R. Meredlth, A, McGregor Grant and A. Miller, orJered that. half of the appeal deposit be forfeited.
