e WELLINGTON, June 26. "I ara family convincetl that there must be a tieup between dairy prices .and the rewards which are enjoyed by othcr sections of tlie eomniunity," said Mr. II. E. Blyde, chairman of the dairy section of Eederated Farmers, at the annual conference of the" section today. "The farming industry, more particularly dairy farming, must be the basis on which New Zealand 's economy is built. ' ' He warned that the whole trend of 'liscussions in dairy farming circles had been altered by the Government 's proposal to set up a commission to market produce and fix the price to producers. It was a step in the right direction. hfr. Blvde, who is the Taranaki representative, was re-elected chairman.
