HOROWHENUA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD RESTRICTIONS \^ITH the improvement in the power position the Board is pleased to advise consumers that imtil further notice restrictions have been eased as follows: — WATER HEATERS may be switched on daily between the hours of 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. RADIATORS may be used except during the hours 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. SHUT DOWNS: The supply will not he disconnected for rationing purpcses, but cons.umers are warned that shut downs for the purpose of peak load control mav be put into operation by the Staie Kvdro Departmen: without warning. Consumers can prevent these shut downs by reducing load during peak periods 11.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The position does not warrant lifting any other restrictions in the meantime. R.
