The Government will present a Bill to the House of Commoiis on July 7 to create Pakistan anu Hindustan as new Dominions within the Commonwealth, and unless there is some last-minute hitch in the existing plans the Bill should become law by the end of the month, says Reuter's political correspondent, quoting an authorita.x . tive statement. ' The Bill will come before Parliament as an aereed measure. Its contents will be known to the Conservatives and Liberals beforehand. Political quarters believe the Bill will specify the actual date for the transfer of power, which is generally believed to be August 15.
