WANGANUI, June 24. The police had to intervene in the wrestling bout between Otto Ivuss and Jim Wright tonight. After a desultory exhibition Ivuss was awarded a penalty fall in the seventh round after Wright had been warned repeatedlv for jolting with his lcnee. Kuss, -however, struck the referee and the bout was awarded to Wright. After an argument in the ring between the contestants and the referee the police had to enter the ring. Wright was dissatisiied with the deeision and refused to leave the ring for some time.
