FAIR YARDINGS AT LEVIN Fair yardings of all classes of stock came forward at the weekly stock sale in Levin yesterday, late rates being fully maintkihed. The entry of pigs was smaller and in consequence values were in advapce of vendors' expectations. The quality of the Vealers yarded was very high and top price realised was £7. Following is a range of realisations : — Sheep: Prime wethers, £2 3s ld to £2 4s-10d; medium do., £2 0s 4d to £2 2s 4d; light do., 38s lOd to 39s ld; heavy b.f., 39s ld; light do., 32s lOd; maiden 2-tooth ewes, 39s ld; heavy ewes, 33s 4d to 33s 7d; light .do., 25s lOd to 29s 7d; heavy lambs, 37s 4d; medium do., 31s '4d to 32s 7d; li|ht do., 26s lOd to 29s ld. / Cattle: Light fat oxen, £14 17s 6d to £15 12s 6d; prime P.A. eows, £11 7s 6d to £12 7s 6d; medium do., £10 17s 6d to £11 12s 6d; light unfinished do., down to £9 12s 6d; runners, £8 17s 6d to £9 17s 6d; prime P.A. vealers, £5 17s 6d. £6 17s 6d, £7; medium do., £5 12s 6d to £5 17s 6d; light do., £2 12s 6d to £3 17s 6d; prime Jersey vealers, £4 7s 6d to £5 2s 6d. Pigs: Prime p'orkers, £5 6s to £5 8s; medium do., £4 12s to £4 18s; light do., £2 16s - to £3 6s; heavy choppers, £6 to £8; medium do., £4 to £5.
