Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. " ' LONDON, June 23. Reuter's Johannesburg corresponaent says that Mr. A. J. Bienaar, president of the South African Rugby Union, said he had received advice . from Lohdon that shipping would be available, for the All Slacks' tour of South Africa in 1948. Mr. Pienaar said that despite the statement by Mr. S. S. Dean, chairmah of the New Zealand Rugby Uhion's management eommittee, ohat shipping might prevent the tour, he was optimistic that the iour would materralise.
