The Nebherlands and BelgiumLuxembtirg econn-mic unl'on signed a ncw trade -agreement for the exchange of goods and services to the value of £102,850,000 retroactive to June 1. Spain and Italy have sign'ed a trade and payments agreement but no details have yet been issued.
