DAYLIGHT LUXURY PASSENGER BUS SERVICE
WELLINGTON, June .19. Plans for a daylight luxury p>assenger bus service between Wellington and Auckland were placed before the No. 2 'Licensing Authorit}' (Mr. J. P. O. Skog-lund) today when an application for a licence to operate such a service was made. The Authority while fav-;oui-rhg the gr.anting of the licence said .•th'at uiider the 'Traiisport Licensing Act it would have to be doue by ministerial consent and he would recommend that it be granted.
