WE LLlNGTGN / June 17. New Zealand has oue of "the strongest Bovs' Brigades " ouTside -"the United Kingdoni, acqor-dingjtb s£ n'ej'resentative of the brigade's . world exeeiitive in London, Mr., R. A. Hason, speaking in Wellington yegterday, Mr. Mason said he liad cojdae to review the brigade's work here and see what scope there was for further development. As in the United Kingdom the movement in New Zealand had recovered satisfactorily from its wartime diffieul ties, he said. The spirit of the New Zealand boys he had met so far augured well for the future of both the organisa tion and the community, said Mr Mason. He had not found in New Zealand the same copperation between the brigade and other youth organisa tions as obtained , in the United Kingdom, he said. There, voluntary youth organisations were linked on a national scale. They were recognised by the Government and wrere officially assisting the education authorities. While in Wellington, Mr. Mason attended the annual meeting of the brigade's Dominion executive.
