OBSTRUCTION OF U.N. INQUIRY IN BALKANS

The United Nations Balkans Inquiry Sub-commission, whieh has been mvestigating frontier incidents, has asked the Security Council to safeguard the United Nations prestige against "acts of obstruction-" by member states, says the Greek News Agency. The Soviet %'nd Polish representatives opposed sending the report, whieh named Bulgaria and referred to the rebuff 'to the investigators 50 miles north of Sofia on June 11.
