SHANNON TABLE TENNIS CLUB

REP. PLAYERS AT OPENING The public of- Shannon will have the opportunity of seeing leading Wellingttn representative table tennis stars in action at the local club's offieial openingin the Parish Hall tomorrow evening. The club has been fortunate in securing the assistance of Messrs. Eric Boniface and Laurie Wilson, both well-known players in first class table tennis, and two other ieading city players. Exhibition singles and doubles matches will be played and it will be an excellent opportunity for local followers of the sport, and those who are intending members of the club, to see how the game should be played. The committee has worked hard to make the function a success and nothing has been overlooked Supper will be provided.
