, INVERCARGILL, June 16. The Otago Rugb3r' Union wants an "outside" referee for the Ranfurly' shield challenge match. -Otago v. Southland at Invercargill on August 2. In a letter to the Southlapd Union tonight the Otago union refers to an agreement about a referpe .between the Otago and Southland: delegates but the Southland delegates, ^/Messrs. R. J.
