WANGANUI, June 10. The Wanganui .district committee today dismissed the appeal of Trainer W. McEwan and joekey K, C. Guyton, against the disqualification imposed on them by the judicial committee of the Foxton Racing Olub and ordered their deposits to be forfeited. McEwan and Guyton were charged at Foxton on May 24 under rule 282, with not running A.lbino on its merits in the Whirokino Hack and Hunters ' Steeples. ■
