Referrin'g -to State houses, Mr. Eraser said housing settlements already completed were excellent and :better than ariything he had seen on overseas tours. The aim in New Zealand was to create garden suburbs. "There have been hitches . but substitut'es will be found which will enable the people to get into • decen". homes, " said Mr. Fraser. "We are not dismayed with those -diffieulties because we are grappling with them now."
