The Daily Herald says that when washing soap was scarce in Mairketrasen early in 1917, Mrs. Olive Manders wrote to her Women 's Institute i'riend Mrs. Sybil Rich, of Cave, in Canterhury: • 'I doh't know how we "Will mahage for spring cleaning." Now a big tahlet of soap for each of the 88 menibers of MarketraseK's Women 's Institute has arrived from •the women of Cave Instituie.
