NEW DUTCH MINISTER IN N.Z. ARRIVES
WELLINGTON, June 3. The new representative of the Dutch Government in New Zealand, Dr. A. F. H. Van Troostenburg de Bruyn, arrived in Wellington by the Wahine from Sydney this morning. He will present his credentiajs to the Governor-General, Sir Bernard Freyberg, on the latter's return from Auckland. Dr, Van Trostenburg will be Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipoteniary for the Netherlands Government, which is the fourth g'overnment to be- so represented iii New Zealand, The present Charge d'Affairs, Dr. Joukheer Van Panhuys, will leave for The Hagufe in a few weeks' time. The new representative was head of the economic section of the Fpreign Office of the Netherlands Government during the war. ___
