The judge's decision will.be made this mo'xith. Singer Jane Frazee won her divorce from Glenn Tryon last week, because Tryon had a trying habit of speaking out of turn. Two )f Tryon's remarks, quoted by Mrs. Tryon to a sympathetic judge: "I jhouldn't have married you in the first place. My mother doesn't care for living in our home." Jane gets the custody of their 13-monith-old ' son, Timothy. The most talked of two-some in Hollywood today are Rita Hayvorth and David Niven. Fifteen-year-old Elizabeth Tayor and 19-year-old Marshall Thompson are a romantic young :ouple. They have shared several dates. Elizabeth, the most beautiful young thing in films, goes next into M.-G.-M.'s "Killer McCoy" with Mickey Rooney. . Peggy Cummihs does delightful Vnd charming work as the daugh--,er in her -first American picture, Fox's dramatisaticrn of "The Late George Apley." Ronald Colman and Edna Best play Peggy's parents, Richard Ney is her brother, Vanessa Brown her cousin and Charles Russell the Harvard professor whom she marries in the 3nd. Peggy on this auspicious debut, should go far in American ilms.
