Received 'Saturday, 12.30 a.m. ' LONDON, May 30. The Daily Herald's dipiomatic correspondent, referring to the Hungarian ftevelopments in which the Prime Minister (Mr. Nagy) .s . involved, describes them as "one of the most dangerous political crises in Europe since the war." He adds: "It is at bottom an attempt by the Hnngarian Communist Party to seize power before the Soviet army of occupation is withdrawn." A high Hungarian source said the Russians in an official Note implicated the Prime Minister (M. Ferene Nagy) and the foreign Minister (M. Janois. Gyongyosi) in the recent plot to overthrow Hungarian "Deriiocracy." . The two Ministers, with the Speaker of the House (M. Bela Kovacs), whom the Russians arrested on a charge of espionage after the Comunist Party had failed to remove him from office by other means, are members of the anti-Communist Smalljiolders' Party. Observers in Rudapest are speculating whether the Communists will attempt to take over full eontrol of the Government before the Russians leave.
