WELLINGTON, May 26. Situation: A ridge of high oressure is over New Zealand. A depression is east of Tasmania. Forecast to 5 p.m. Tuesday: Light to moderate winds from westerly direction predominating. Weather cloudy at times from the Manawatu southward, but otherwise fair to fine. Cold night but moderate day bemperatures. Further outlook: Freshening north-westerlies with cloudy weather.
