Chain Letters Again The lucky chain letter is again making its rounds in this district. The latest bears the address Washington, D.C. a'nd advises that the luck of London has been bestowed on the receiver, and that the letter has been around the world four times. When Gracie Allen received a copy she received 3000 dollars within a few hours, a'nd a business man won eight million dollars but lost it again when he broke the chain. Considering that five copies must be sent out to keep on the lucky side, and , that the letter has been around the world four times, it seems unfortunate that the world is not made up of millionaires. However, perhaps some people fall for chain letters. and the postal department must reap a ' harvest' "\vMle~"" the craze is on.
