TIMARU, May 20. . A unanimous motiqri of no-confid-enoe in the national officers and executive of the Waterside Workers' Union, was "passed- at a stopwork meeting of the Timaru branch of the union this morning. The branch further disassociated itself from any action likely to endanger the . Government and disagreed with the statement of the national president, Mr. H. Barnes, that the whole organisation, was 100 per ,cent behind the action taken by the national executive. The meeting was held to hear a report of the recent meeting between the national executive and Cabinet.
