WELLINGTON, May. 14. The ten million. mark was passed last week in the colleetion by the New Zealand Famine Emergency Cpmmittee oi butter and meat coppons in the Foou for Britain campaign. It was the 56th week of the campaign and returns were the best this year. . Last week's cont.ribution of 488U butter and 179,147* meat coupons brought the respective tofals to 369,068 and 9,648,417. The best contribution on a population basis was made by Gisborne with gifts of approximateiy threb coupons for each household. Christchurch, in second place, made the hignest total contribution of anj'' district and- averaged one and a half coupons for each household. The Hawke's Bay contribution was approximateiy one coupon for oach honsohold. v
