ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS PROTEST AT PUNISHMENT
Received Monday, 11 a.m. NICOSIA, May 11. The committee of the Jewish illegal immigrants in Cyprus detention camps has announced that it has asked the International Red Cross to investigate conditions. The committee protested against the introduction of collective punishment like the reduction of the cigarette ration and the banning of inter-camp visits imposed for the immigrants' action in flying flags and destroying tents on May Day.
