PLUNKET MOTHERS' CLUB
NEW OFFICERS ELECTED There was a large attendance of members at the first annual meeting of the Plunket Mothers' Club held recently; After formal business had been attended- to, the chairwoman, Mrs. H. Harvey, read a comprehensive report on the past year's work. The election of officers then took place, and in accordance with the rules an entirely new group of members were appointed to office. They, were as follows: Chairwoman, Mrs. H. Harvey; vicechairwomen, Mesdames Neas and Rogers; hon. seeretary, Mrs: • Galpin; hon. treasurer, Mrs, BatTcheior. A programme committee was set up consisting of the chairwtoman, Mce-chairwomela, and Mesdames Corry and Duguid, During the next three months they will organise a social, talks, a debate, demonstration of floral work and a play reading. At the . conclusion of the meeting supper was served.
