WELLINGTON, May 8. Two representatives of the naval ratings who have exceeded their leave from the Bellona for more than a week waited outside the Wellington Trades Hall this morning to meet the president of the Auckland Trades Council, Mr. Alexander Drennan, and then state their case to a special meeting of the national council pf the Federation of Labour. . • The council is unlikely to make a statement to the press regarding any discussion of the Bellona incident, it being indicated that the subjeet was one of "Government policy."
