Band Functions The Otaki. Band's dance on Friday evening was a successful lunction, all prseent spending an enjoyable time. The band has been engaged to supply the music for the Otaki races, and this will no doubt be appreciated. Otaki Races Spiendid nominations ' have been received for the Otaki races, to be held on May 17. The course, as a result of the work. of Mr. Albert Meta, is in fine order, while several improvements have been effected. The meeting promises to be a highly succssful one.
