He added that there was no evidence that any significant number of gifts posted from tthe Dominions were stolen or lost. The Earl of Wmterton had asked Mr. Bottomley to consit'ter vith the post office and Board xf Trade to see that every faeil Gy vas given for Dominion gift parels to reach the country as rapdly as possible in view of the lisappointme'nt and resentment yhich donors overseas felt at the xigh percentage of parcels lost or Jelayed.
