RUSSIA WILL HELP EUROPE'S RECONSTRUCTON
Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. GENEVA, May 6. The Chief Russian delegate, M. Valerian Zorin, told the Economic Commission" for Europe that Russia would spare tio effort in co-operating to help rebuild Europe. M. Zorin added that the problem of reconstruction was riiost urgent for Russia, Poland and Yugoslavia. The commission must be guided by the principle that each nation should remain a Sovereign power and there be no interference ih its internal life.
